503 is Portland’s premier boutique event agency. Producing everything from intimate gatherings to full-scale events, 503 always strives to curate an experience that will leave attendees with a sense of awe. [see below]
Booze Trucks came from 503’s desire to take libations to the outdoors with style and class. The aesthetic of a rebuilt ‘53 Chevy with an elegant bar built into the bed brings a steady stream of smiles from everyone that approaches.
About my role
Developed a comprehensive 2019 marketing and sales plan including: opportunities to build on the existing product portfolio, an extensive list of ideal and prospective clients, financial projections, potential staffing opportunities, and more.
Redesigned the Booze Trucks website and established a cohesive social media marketing plan across multiple platforms, increasing user traffic by 123% (yr/yr) and requests for services by 1,725% (yr/yr)
Implemented a seamless, high-touch end-to-end customer experience from sales to follow-up contact
Coordinated multiple workflows (client, staff, vendors, product, etc.) for events ranging in size from 50-4,500 attendees
Gathered internal metrics (qualitative & quantitative) into spreadsheets people actually enjoyed reading for executive level decision making
Utilized adaptive problem solving to manage the logistical challenges of working with a unique product, tight timelines and high-profile clientele

Taste Of Motorsports
The Taste of Motorsports is an exclusive track day at Portland International Raceway. Drivers took to the course to flex their skills—getting the chance they’ve always wanted to put the pedal to the floor
tedx 6k run
TEDx Portland’s annual 6k run pulls hundreds of Portlanders up off the couch for a family friendly loop from OMSI, around the waterfront and back to OMSI for libations and celebration
Feast
While 503 doesn’t produce Feast, we are able to showcase Betsy the Booze Truck alongside some of the finest eats that Portland has to offer.
Weddings
Each summer Betsy joins 6-12 couples for their special day, setting the backdrop for a celebration they’ll always remember
