Portland was an early adopter of the independently licensed TED speaker series—TEDx. Hosting its first experience in 2011, TEDxPortland is now heading into its 10th year of organization. The Rose City has embraced the experience like no other. The event sells out every year with reputation as a Top 5 TEDx in the world evaluated on idea content share, premium event execution, ticket value, size and inspiration. Last year the event drew over 32,000,000+ unique social media impressions.
about My role
For the past 3 years I’ve had the honor of speaker coaching and designing presentation decks for one of the city’s most educational, inspiring events—TEDxPortland.
In addition to working with speakers, I’ve also had the opportunity to help design/edit the annual TEDxPortland book (150+pages) and deck out our partners with custom vinyls using a Roland GS 24 vinyl cutter.
